A free public event to educate and receive feedback from Iranian-American community.
We cordially invite you to attend a public event that has been specifically organized for the Iranian-American community of Orange County. This community civic workshop is being hosted by the Orange County Registrar Office of Voters(ROV) and collaborative effort of 20 Iranian-American organizations.
Orange County is joining another eleven counties across California (including LA) in adopting the “Voting Center Model”. This means the election process is drastically changing and ROV not only would like to inform our community but also would like to make sure we are engaged in the decisions that are being made and seeks our feedback.
Let us all come together and benefit from this educational presentation that is being presented to the members of our community, and show the county that our community appreciates their consideration and acknowledgment of the civil power and presence of the Iranian-American community. Bi-lingual volunteers will be there to assist with answering/translating questions that may arise. Refreshments and light food will be provided.
