Samin Nosrat has parlayed her passions into culinary stardom. She is the author of the James Beard Award winning book Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat. A book that was such a smash hit that Netflix turned it into an eponymous TV Series. Samin has appeared on countless national TV appearances, including Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Samin is a columnist for The New York Times and has contributed food articles for many publications. In 2019, she was included on Time‘s List of 100 Most Influential People in the World. Samin is also an award-winning podcaster. Samin’s recipes for the NY Times also includes her 10 Essential Persian dishes. Samin is helping to get Persian food into the national American stage with her notoriety and culinary expertise.
