This title was supposed to The Top 5 Best Cocktails in Orange County. However, the #1 drink on the list is so good that it deserves an article on itself. The Best Cocktail in Orange County is the Julietta at North Italia.
It’s not just the ingredients that make the drink so unique but rather the process as well. It is surely a cocktail that can’t be made at home – this same way. It includes :
- Ginger and Vanilla Infused Vodka
- Italian Elderflower (Italian Liqueur)
- Lime
- Prosecco (Italian White Wine)
The vanilla, ginger and Italian Elderflower are fermented together for 3-4 days in an intricate process. Then the rest of the drink is made at the bar. Poured in a martini glass, chilled and for the icing on top, an orchid flower is placed into the drink.
