I have known of Jared Leto since high school. And keep in mind I graduated high school in 1999. A girl in my AP Spanish class had Leto’s photo glued on the outside of her clean binder. I knew it was him because I would often ask her of his name.

The name stuck as did the face. Leto has been acting since the early 1990s. He is an Oscar winner. Winning an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Dallas Buyers Club.

Leto is no stranger to biopics either. Having starred as famed runner Steve Prefontaine in the film Préfontaine. Another figure of historical importance that Jared Leto should play in a Biopic is Irish ☘️ writer James Joyce.

Leto eerily resembles Joyce who is best known for his seminal work Ulysses. Every time I go to Barnes & Nobles I see the painting of famed authors along the crown molding of the ceiling where their usually is a Starbucks.

One of the author’s on the mural painting is James Joyce. He is up there with names like Hemingway, Dickens, and Twain, to name a few.

If Jared Leto were to play James Joyce in a biopic you will be reminded of the actor the next time you go to Barnes & Nobles.
